The hotel was in a central location to North Conway business area. My room was both high-class and air conditioned with amazing views and large glass windows and a comfortable bed.
My room had quite bad view.

Ideal and lovely small hotel, we thoroughly enjoyed it.
Our accommodation was set in a secluded location just off the great attractions the areas has to offer and white mountains and downtown North Conway and traffic / business areas. Also, we were able to visit Echo Lake, that was 2 miles from the hotel.
